5-17-2010-Rescue Box 600-8:55– Company 6 was dispatched for a specialized rescue at 401 West Olive Street. Rescue 618 responded and was advised of one patient trapped under a piece of machinery. 618 arrived on scene to one patient no longer trapped in the machinery. Personnel packaged the patient and loaded him into the awaiting Ambulance. 618 and Engine 610 then responded to Rees’ Truckstop to set up a landing zone. 5-16-2010-Rescue Box 617-17:29– Company 6 was dispatched for a vehicle accident with entrapment at the 142 mile marker of Interstate 80 West bound. Rescue 618 responded and was advised of one vehicle rolled over in a ditch with one patient trapped. 618 and Engine 610 arrived on scene to one pickup with one patient trapped underneath. Personnel went to work stabilizing and extrication. Chief 600 established command and requested CL. Engine-Rescue 17 and Engine-Rescue 914. 600 requested a helicopter to land on the Interstate. Engine-Rescue 17 and 914 arrived on scene and assisted with extrication. Once the patient was removed she was transported to the awaiting helicopter. Another helicopter was requested but was diverted to Mount Nittany due to flight time. Extrication took approximately 25 minutes. 600 placed the box available at 19:20. 5-15-2010-Rescue Box 605-12:57– Company 6 was dispatched for an ATV accident at the Snow Shoe Rails to Trails trailhead. Asst. Chief 602 arrived on scene to one patient that had rolled over an ATV. Rescue 618 and Amb. 29 arrived on scene and packaged the patient and loaded him into the ambulance. 602 placed the box available at 13:15. Command– Asst. 5-15-2010-Clearfield Box 20/Clinton Box 29-19:26/20:16– Company 6 was dispatched for a wildfire at 1312 Three Runs Road Clearfield County and 6800 Dutchman Road Clinton County. Tanker 619 and Brush 625 responded to a reported nine fires spanning from Clearfield County to Clinton County. 619 and 625 arrived on scene and were placed available at 20:54.

Chief 600, Engine 610, and Rescue 618 checked from the 139 mile marker to the 153 mile marker with nothing found. 600 placed the box available at 18:52. 5-31-2010-Local Box 600-23:46– Company 6 was dispatched for a tree struck by lightning at 314 West Olive Street. Chief 600, Asst. Chief 604, and Engine 610 arrived on scene to a working tree fire. 5-30-2010-Local Box 605-13:17– Company 6 was dispatched for a camper on fire at the intersection of East Road and Eleven Road. Chief 600 arrived on scene to one camper on the ground and held the response to Engine 612. 612 arrived on scene and its personnel extinguished the remaining fire. 600 placed the box available at 14:11. 5-30-2010-Local Box 5711/Fire Box 5721-4:34/9:01-Engine 610 was dispatched to transfer to Station 11 while they operated at a dwelling fire. 610 transferred and while on standby was dispatched to the scene of the dwelling fire for rekindle at 22 B Street. 610 arrived on scene, stretched an 1 3/4 line, and extinguished some debris and soaked some hot spots. 610 was placed available from the transfer at 9:24.

5-26-2010-Rescue Box 20A-22:00– Rescue 618 was dispatched for a vehicle accident with injuries a the intersection of Potter Street and Main Street, Karthaus. 618 responded and was advised by Deputy Chief 1701 of one patient confined in the vehicle. 618 arrived on scene and removed the B post and passenger side door. Personnel packaged the patient and carried him to the awaiting Ambulance. Personnel assisted with clearing debris off the roadway and Deputy 20 placed 618 available at 22:59. 5-23-2010-Rescue Box 605-5:18-Company 6 was dispatched for a vehicle accident with injuries at the 700 block of Elm Road. Chief 600 went enroute and was advised of three injuries, everyone out of the vehicle, with Clearfield units already on scene. 600 arrived on scene and established command, placing Clearfield units available once the patient was transported.
